The Village of Nakusp has various organizations that provide emergency services for Nakusp and the Area. Some of the organizations work out of the Emergency Service Building: the Nakusp Volunteer Fire Department, BC Ambulance, Arrow Lake Search and Rescue, and Emergency Support Services.
