Nakusp is on Arrow Lake and has one public boat launch and a private marina on Nelson Ave SW. Other public boat launches are available along the shores of Arrow Lake, which BC Hydro provides between Nakusp and Fauquier. Boating on the Arrow Lakes should be done cautiously for deadheads, narrow spots, and ferry crossings.
Fishing
The Arrow Lakes support a variety of sport fishing, including Rainbow Trout, Bull Trout, and Kokanee. While the lake is fishable year-round, not all fish species are.
