The Community Charter allows Village Council to exempt certain properties from taxation. All non-profit or charitable organizations may be eligible for an exemption. Applications will be considered by the Mayor and Council at a regular Council meeting. Eligibility criteria may be obtained from the Village Office.
The deadline for receiving new applications for the 2027 Permissive Taxation year is July 2nd, 2026.
