Beginning April 20, 2026, a contractor will be starting electrical work at the Nakusp Municipal Campground. This project is expected to be completed by the end of April and will increase the number of powered campsites available.
During this time, there will be open trenches and active construction within the campground.
Residents are asked to use caution, follow all posted signage, and avoid active work areas. Trails in unaffected areas remain open for use.
We’re excited to be expanding our powered campsite capacity ahead of the upcoming campground season!
