Notice of Special InCamera Council Meeting - June 9, 2025

Notice is hereby given that a SPECIAL INCAMERA COUNCIL MEETING will be held on Monday, June 9^th, 2025, after the adjournment of the June 9^th, 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting.  

Purpose:
This meeting is for the Council to review documentation provided by the Province of British Columbia, which requires the public to be excluded from the meeting and requests feedback with a deadline before the next regular scheduled Council meeting. 

Community Charter:
90 (2) A part of a council meeting must be closed to the public if the subject matter being considered relates to one or more of the following:
(d) a matter that, under another enactment, is such that the public must be excluded from the meeting.
