The Village of Nakusp is providing notice that it is offering to sell land and improvements.
Addresses:
611 Broadway St NW, Nakusp BC; legally described as: LOTS 4 & 5 BLOCK 11 DISTRICT LOT 397 KOOTENAY DISTRICT PLAN 494; PID: 016-256-174 & 016-256-182 (Locally known as the ‘Kinship Connection Centre’)
Nature of the Disposition:
- This offer of sale includes fee simple land and improvements, but the offer is only available to the Kinship Connection Centre Society of Nakusp.
Price:
Once a purchase price has been agreed to by both parties, the Village will provide further notice to the public pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter.
