The Village of Nakusp is providing notice that it is offering to sell land and improvements.

- 90 5th Ave. NW, Nakusp BC; legally described as: LOT 11 & LOT 12 BLOCK 10 DISTRICT LOT 397 KOOTENAY DISTRICT PLAN 494; PID: 016-256-191 (Locally known as the ‘Old Firehall’)
- 92 5th Ave. NW, Nakusp BC; legally described as: LOT 13 BLOCK 10 DISTRICT LOT 397 KOOTENAY DISTRICT PLAN 494; PID: 016-258-177 (vacant lot to the north of the ‘Old Firehall’)
Nature of Disposition:
- This is for sale as fee simple land, including improvements, and is only available to the Old Firehall Collective Society.
Price:
This will be communicated to the public once a price has been agreed upon by both parties, pursuant to section 26 of the Community Charter.
