Village of Nakusp Invites Community to Waterfront Conceptual Design Open House
The Village of Nakusp is inviting residents to an open house on Monday, October 20, at the Nakusp and District Community Complex to review and provide feedback on the draft conceptual design for the Nakusp Waterfront.
The design builds on community input gathered during earlier engagement activities, including a survey and open house held earlier this year. The project team has incorporated what was heard from residents and the broader community into draft concepts, and this open house is an opportunity for the public to review the design, ask questions, and give feedback which will help shape the future of the waterfront.
The open house will run as a drop-in session from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with members of the project team and staff available throughout to share information and gather feedback.
In addition, the event will align with the Nakusp Café, which takes place from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the same location. The Café is a chance for residents to connect directly with Village staff about a range of community topics.
